Carl J. Servat III advises clients on the preparation of wills, trusts, marital agreements, powers of attorney, family wealth transfer plans, and charitable gifts for high net worth individuals and families. Carl’s practice also includes trust and estate administration advice as well as counsel to closely held businesses for planning and structure of acquisitions, mergers, buy-sell agreements and general business matters.

Carl received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola University in 1998. He also received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2001, and an LL.M. degree in taxation from Boston University in 2002.

Carl is a member of Loyola University New Orleans Athletics Alumni Board, Loyola University New Orleans College of Business Alumni Board and Jesuit High School New Orleans President’s Advisory Council. He also has chaired the Jesuit High School New Orleans Living Endowment Fund (2007-2008) and serves as the President of the Alumni Association at Jesuit High School New Orleans (2008-2009).
