Craig S. Daste, Jr. has been with the firm since 2011 and practices primarily in the area of multigenerational estate and wealth conservation planning for high net worth families and individuals, advising clients on the preparation of wills, donations, trusts and matrimonial agreements, as well as representing clients in succession administration, probate, succession disputes and litigation. Craig also assists clients with commercial litigation, negotiation and business planning including the formation, sale and inter-vivos donation of business entities.

Craig graduated from Jesuit High School summa cum laude in 2005 and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 2008. After practicing as a Tax Accountant in 2009, he received his Juris Doctor from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2012, where he received several CALI awards for the highest overall grade in a class, including State & Local Taxation, Matrimonial Regimes, and Successions & Donations. Craig has been a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association since 2012.
