Laura C. Poché is a Board Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization and accredited title insurance agent for the State of Louisiana. She practices in the areas of estate planning, wills, trust and successions, corporate law, business law, real estate acquisitions, real estate leasing, public/private finance, corporate litigation and mortgage financing.
Laura received her B.S. in 1986 and J.D. in 1989 from Louisiana State University. She is the author of the following publications: “Control Beyond the Grave: Why Do You Need a Will?” and “The Usufruct: One of Louisiana's Unique Legal Rights.” She also has spoken at a number of seminars. Some of the seminar topics include: “Why Do You Need a Will?”; “Financial & Estate Planning: A Woman's Perspective” and “Internal Controls in Business Administration.”
