David J. Lukinovich
David J. Lukinovich is a Board Certified Tax Specialist
and a Board Certified Estate Planning & Administration Specialist certified
by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. David handles a variety of
tax and business matters for partnerships and closely held businesses,
including providing business, corporate, individual and estate tax advice
and asset protection planning advice. David has over thirty years of
experience in tax, business, and estate planning, a great deal of which
involves wealth preservation for professionals, business owners and other
individuals with ultra-high net worth, business succession planning and exit
strategies for closely-held business owners. David is licensed to practice
in Louisiana and Texas but has consulted with clients throughout the United
States, Puerto Rico and beyond.
David received his B.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University, his
Juris Doctorate (magna cum laude) from Loyola University of the South Law
School in 1986, where he served as Managing Editor of the Loyola Law Review,
and an LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University. David practiced as
a Certified Public Accountant for two years in New Orleans, Louisiana, prior
to embarking on a legal career. Additionally, David has served as an adjunct
Professor in taxation and probate procedure at Loyola University School of
Law. David is a member of several professional organizations, serves on the
boards of various businesses and charitable foundations.
